Casa Chis... is a Spanish two bedroom 'bungalow' style property in a small urbanisation called 'Eden' and is just a short distance inland  from the Spanish coastal town of Guardamar Del Segura on the Costa Blanca.

The property can sleep up to 5 people and consists of 1 double room, 1 twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge. It has a fully equipped kitchen with Fridge / Freezer,  Microwave, Oven & Hob, Dishwasher and Washing machine.

As well as a dining area there is a lounge which has Satellite TV and there is also a radio and CD player. There are 2 terraces and parking for a vehicle (or 3rd terrace) as well as a rooftop solarium. A community swimming pool is also available for use.

Casa Chis is approx 2 km inland and it takes 20 mins to walk to the town square or you can catch the local bus to the town / beach from Eden. If you use the 'map' link and zoom in with the toolbar you will find the exact location of Casa Chis.

Interior

The kitchen has everything you need including Oven / Hob, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Kettle and Dishwasher. There are plenty of plates, cutlery, cups and glasses etc

The kitchen leads into the dining and living room area. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, radio / cd player and there are a few colouring books, puzzles and games that you are welcome to make use of.

The property has a 'double' bedroom and a 'twin' bedroom and all linen is supplied. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge if needed. The bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and shower. Towels are supplied although we would ask that you use your own towel for the swimmming pool or beach.

One request from ourselves is that you do not smoke inside the property, thank you.

Exterior

The front terrace at Casa Chis has a small garden with a variety of plants as well as a seating area with a table and chairs. The front terrace catches the early morning sunshine.

For the midday and afternoon sun you will find this in the rear terrace. Along with another table and chairs the area is walled and therefore offers you privacy. There is a further gate in the rear terrace which leads to the third terrace which would accomodate the parking of a car if required.

If you want the sun all day then you have the whole of the roof space as a solarium. There is easy access by the steps leading up from the rear terrace. There are two sunbeds available for your use.

Just a short walk (about 2 minutes) is the communal swimming pool. This is gated and you will need the key (by the guestbook) to gain access. You will see that there are opening times for the pool advertised next to the gate so please check these.
